I was supposedly assigned to a Tadeo Gil who in the entire time I worked with the firm contacted me one time and left me with no remedy to my case. On July 12th, 2024 I filed to fire them so I could retain a firm that is actually professional and proactive in helping a United States Army Veteran who was injured and had my car totaled by weak USAA insurance and a Rotech snob in a flashy Lexus who admitted before we introduced ourselves it was his fault.
