I was a victim of a crime and they defeated prosecution yet again on a man who tried to run me over with his car. I wasn't the only victim they did this to. The track record of this office that covers other counties in the area  is horrible to put it mildly. For instance in Levy county they have failed to put a man in prison for pulling a firearm on several people . They have dropped the ball on other cases . Law enforcement can only do so much ,but the 8th judicial court system is hamstrung  until they clean house  and start putting criminals in prison. I was told “it was our decision to make not yours”. But proceeded to tell the judge that they kept in contact with me when they really didn’t . I was sitting right behind them in the courtroom and they didn’t even know while they were sitting there telling the judge I didn’t want to come.
