I just want to say how bummed I am with the encounter and I hope you take note for your future clients. After reading your reviews I was optimistic you might take my case. I’ve read from multiple sources that you look out for your clients and you fight for their rights. I reached out excitedly and you guys called me a few hours later. I almost missed the call but mid voicemail I picked up the call eager to speak with you. The moment I picked up and started speaking, the other line went dead and disconnected. I called back within seconds but got your voicemail. I left a voicemail hoping I might catch you, only to receive an email a minute later saying you tried to call me and couldn’t reach me. I sent an email back informing you I was free to talk anytime. I got an email back that you’d call me later that afternoon. 1pm rolls around and I never get a call, but I did get an email claiming you tried to call me. I emailed you back immediately confused and letting you know I had been waiting and never got a single call from you. The weekend rolls around, Monday passes. I figured I would reach out today and send an email that I was upset at the events leading me to believe I wasn’t even considered and that the office was going to great lengths to avoid me. 5 minutes later I get an email that you’re closing my case because you’ve made several attempts to reach me. I am not sure what is going on here, but if there was never any interest in my case, I wish you hadn’t bothered contacting me. Going through a hard time, a response gives the client hope.
