That this client came to us with a highly complex case, then repeatedly ignored legal advice, made choices that directly harmed his own position, and became hostile and disrespectful toward staff. Her office fixed several issues that the previous lawyers office straight up neglected and we were able to turn our case around. I was very ready to see her eat up the opposing council but because Stacey has a reputation like no other, they ran scared the day of trial and asked for a second mediation. Enter Michaela.
