I believe the lawyers committed substantive and procedural unconscionability. As a result my healthcare, consumer , employment, education, and civil rights have been violated over and over. I worked with the firm Wisselman, Harounian, and Associates who just allowed these lawyers to use language that violates HIPAA. We negotiated certain language to be taken out of the separation document and then it was put back in when filed, we negotiated to take all of that language out again during final divorce proceedings, and somehow I was not present in Brooklyn Supreme Court. I have a trail of police reports going back to 2018 and I have been dealing with hacking and breaches of information since this Law Firm filed a motion in Brooklyn Supreme Court in February 2012. I believe they had knowledge of business operation systems, and think both firms should be held accountable for their actions.
