For the sake of accuracy and transparency in the matter we believe you’re referring to, the court paperwork reflects the following:<br><br>Window Tint & Obstruction Citations<br>The court gave 14 days to submit proof of correction. If proof of correction is submitted on time, the citations are DISMISSED.<br><br>If the defendant chooses not to correct the issues or fails to submit proof, the court then imposes an alternate reduced fine (for example, $62 on one citation and $92 on the other), which is still significantly lower than the original amounts ($196 and $226).<br><br>Speeding Citation<br>The speeding citation was made eligible for dismissal through Defensive Driving. Once completed and filed, the speeding ticket is DISMISSED - meaning no conviction and no points on the driving record. The client must pay the standard $144 court fee.
