He bitterly lost a suit to our client and he paid for it. In an attempt to avoid a business debt, he removed his name from his business. Our firm noticed all hearings properly, but because Mr. Stidham was no longer an owner, he was not entitled to receive notice. In the end, Mr. Stidham’s deception failed and he paid the debt.
