Asking a client for out of pocket expenses for a trial is highly unethical in which Garrett Tenhave - Chapman requested from me to do so in the amount of $4k. Hiring this law firm was the worst experience and biggest let down in my life. I would not ask anyone to suffer as I have and feel that this law firm needs to be reviewed through a full legal investigation through the AGC. So we unfortunately have had delays for many of our disability clients. And for most clients we have to appeal twice, until we reach the judge hearing level. So most disability clients have to apply first, and then they get an initial denial which we have to appeal to the reconsideration level, and then they usually get denied at that level so we have to file an appeal again to the judge level.
