You will not be treated as a priority. This is by far the worst law firm I ever came in counter with. I referred friends and family members and everyone I referred is unsatisfied. They sent a lawyer who had no knowledge of my accident to the arbitration center, the lawyer was also was unprepared. Save your time and the hassle and go with a better law firm. I was also told to call my insurance for documentation when it is the lawyers job to contact both parties.
