Between zero communication, constant delays, and then finally being screamed at, this experience was wildly unprofessional. We found another title company that is much much much easier to work with and they present solutions instead of just screaming and yelling that there's issues. The lady literally screamed at us, you could hear it in another room while I was on a phone call. I'm sure you can probably have a decent closing here but there's also a chance an angry overworked woman will scream at you and make life much harder than it needs to be. Why bother? Go somewhere else.\n\nThe title company we switched to closed our cash deal in 3 days. I had tried to find a solution with Smith and Thompson for about a month.
