I reached out for help collecting on a bad debt where I already had a lien in place. He was upfront about the hourly rate, which I appreciated. After providing all the information he needed, his recommendation was simply to send a letter. I approved it, the letter was written, and nothing came from it.\n\nWhat frustrated me most was receiving a bill for 8 hours of time, totaling more than the actual amount I was trying to collect. When I emailed him expressing my concerns, I got no response at all.\n\nBased on my experience, I would not recommend this firm to anyone.
