He was thorough in his preparation and communication with me and negotiation with the carrier. While obviously results vary, Brad secured a settlement for me in pre-trial mediation that was quadruple the carrier’s best offer prior to retaining his services. It was a relief not having to go to trial, but he came highly recommended based on his strength in the courtroom, and I was convinced a fair settlement for me would require litigation.
