It is stressful, expensive and super confusing.  Nothing is going to prevent that if you are going to Court.  With that being said, I highly praise the Singleton/Smith Law Firm.    From my first meeting with the business department who went over all the fees to the customer service representative who checked if I had concerns every two weeks to make sure I was being taken care of.  I felt very helped.  My paralegal Lisa Ornelaz in particular, has been amazing!  She was part legal processor and part counselor around my concerns.  She is fast, responsive and super helpful.  In terms of my Lawyer, Cristian Palafox did an amazing job negotiating my case.  My main concern was the cost and he really worked with me on coming up with plan that was going to resolve my situation as cost effective as possible.  He knows the law well and was super easy to work with in one of the most stressful times of my life.  I give this law firm and it’s employees the highest rating!
