They get annoyed when you call them but they don’t return your calls. It doesn’t hurt to communicate properly and they say it’s because “there’s no progress” but after a year and some months have passed the any information (regardless if it’s the same info) is better than no phone call or no contact in general. I see all these reviews and they are good so I want to know if this is a race thing or they are just genuinely a sucky law firm or maybe my case is just dragging.
