However, as the case went on and after a couple court hearings, she was very much less engaged and offered little hope after initially literally saying “she had this” using her Texas panehandle background has her being tough and not backing down. Well, she not only backed down but she completely allowed our opponent who did not have an attorney —out maneuver her and by far had the judges attention…it was embarrassing and a complete waste of a single working mom’s money of $3000!  However, she did have a good staff supporting her—that was a positive.
