They were patient, and checked in on me throughout to make sure I was getting what I needed. Emma Downs, a paralegal there, was fantastic and completely on top of things from our first introduction! Rob Payne, one of their negotiators, was able to more than double the first settlement offer, that if left on my own I would have accepted! Every step of the way, from the initial call (and them sending someone to my home the same day), to the settlement was amazing.
