As well as cancelling said payments if representation ends for whatever reason.\n\nWith that said, my case was sent back and so representation was no longer needed, yet they failed to find this out until about a month later when I had to notify them about my court case.\n\nAfter notifying me that I would no longer need to make payments, I further inquired over email about the date my case was sent back and why. I did not get a good answer for either of those questions.
