My fiancé had a wage garnishment for an old credit card debt. Had I known, I would have helped him sooner. However, it is what it is and this law firm began garnishing his wages. The problem is, they won’t stop garnishing his wages despite having fully paid off the debt and issued a letter of satisfaction. I will be reporting Keith to the ISBA for misconduct. I cannot be coming in every other week for a check because they keep “accidentally” deducting from his account. They are crocks. They told her she owed 1077 on January 4 and here we are in March  4 and it's still the same balance on their end as it was in January but court says a whole other amount as they should know since it
