We get over a hundred calls per month for our services.  We simply cannot take each and every case and in most cases cannot talk to each person.  But we do try to get back to each potential client with a referral or a decision on your case.  Just because we don't take your case, it doesn't mean it does not have value.  It does not mean that we are only taking cases because we want to make more money.  In fact, we take many cases that we deem righteous and will not be financially beneficial.  We have to make sure we take the right case for our firm and not take too many so as to dilute our efforts.  You are free to call other lawyers.  Many others will not ever phone you back.  I think potential clients have a strong belief that they have a strong case and are disappointed when we pass.  But this is a choice we make to benefit our existing clients and the new clients we take on.
