When you deduct the 33% attorney fees, 33% BCBS med insurance reimbursement, it doesn’t leave much for someone who was in a nursing home/ rehab facility for months. I wish I had not been on extremely heavy narcotics for pain so I would have had a clear head to notice how quickly I was urged to settle.
