That alone should tell you everything you need to know about how they operate.\n\nThe little information they actually gathered was already found while my retainer was still active, so the extra charges were completely unnecessary and felt like a deliberate scam to squeeze more money out of me.\n\nIf you enjoy being overcharged, ignored, and manipulated, then this is the business for you. Otherwise, stay far away.
