She called me almost immediately to speak about my case and was prepared to answer any and all questions. Throughout the whole process, her and her team were informative and professional.\n\nI was looking at super extreme bac charges and she was able to get it negotiated lower than I thought was possible in a case that was extremely difficult to challenge or dispute. She is not a wizard or a magician- what I was aiming for was extremely unlikely with the facts at hand that I had to consider in regards to my immigration status. Regardless, she did what was achievable to resolve it as fairly and justly as possible. My case involved immigration status consequences and while it is not most criminal attorney’s forte- her and her associates did what was possible to make it as immigration friendly as possible and for that I will be forever grateful. If I did not have her representation I truly feel I would have gotten a significantly harsher and longer sentence that would have been more destructive to my status or chances of completing compliance in time to keep it.\n\nWhat she was able to negotiate for me is something most citizens would be lucky to get. When you are hit with this, there is a dizzying amount of information and requirements coming at you from the court, MVD and, police department.  Arja handles the court, 100%.  You need not worry about what is going on with the court until you appear in front of the court to make your plea that was already negotiated with the prosecuting attorney.  In my case, things could have been far worse but Arja was able to have the case plead down.  Communication with Arja is difficult as she is so busy.
