Carter and his team (we worked with Angela a lot!) understood my mom’s condition and memory issues at the time and made sure to keep me informed. They were not bothered when I wanted them to call my mom to repeat any information they’d just said to me to make her more comfortable. Angela would walk my mom through the DocuSign process when needed, help her go through all the medical bills she’d receive in the mail, and navigate the various health insurance departments harassing us.
