Turner was less than interested in helping us. Since the new landlord bought the building it has been nothing but issues, constant leaks, the landlord has called us with questions about the building but doesn't listen when we voice concerns about the building. We have pictures of damage, emails correspondence, texts, and the only thing Turner looked at was the lease and told us we could break lease and leave and fight it out in court later, or hire or own contractors to fix the building and go after the landlord later. Both those options would essentially bankrupt my business in this economy, and then he charged us $150 for those options.
