I had called three other attorneys that were not interested in my case and told me I didn't have a chance.   When I met with Scott, he listened and even though he did not promise that I had a case, he thought that I had at least a  chance of prevailing.  I liked the fact that he was very blunt and straightforward about what I could and could not do in my case and what would be helpful and what would not be helpful.  We had our initial meeting and the next day he called me with some more thoughts on the case and how he thought I should preceed.  He gave me some \"homework\" to do because he said that it would be cheaper for me to write down the details and such of the case and then he reviewed it and made some changes.  I did prevail, but I would have given a good review regardless because of the time and attention he gave me and my case.  If I had stopped after talking to the first three attorneys I talked to, then I would have lost a lot of money.  I hope I do not need to use any attorney in the future, but I would trust him if I need legal advice or help again.\n\n4/2018 - I used Scott last year and wrote the above review last year.   Since then, I have sadly needed his services again.  Once again he listened to my issues and gave sound advice and followed up handing everything for me.    Once again, I think I have a good outcome and he kept me from being blackmailed from by someone.
