I was rear ended last year and didn’t plan on using a lawyer until I had horrible back pain and felt I needed to see a chiropractor. I asked this law firm to represent me for this case. There was little to no communication, no set expectations and time spent waiting about 6 months. When I did speak to the lawyer, I was given a promise that while this wouldn’t be easy thanks to the reputation of the other insurance, it would be hard fought. This couldn’t be further from the truth as I later found out the lawyer was only going to ask for what seemed to be the bare minimum, so she turned the case over to me so I could finish it. I appreciate that part, but the rest was quite disappointing. This wasn’t my first rodeo when it came to an accident requiring legal assistance - but it will certainly be my last with this firm.
