Trust me, I called around to many attorney’s none of them were as professional and approachable at the same time. Look at my other reviews and you’ll see.\n\nIn December, I needed someone to help formulate a business in California in addition to a few other items. His team knocked it out of the park saving me hours of research and painstakingly learning about an area of business I was not familiar with…setting up an operating agreement.\n\nFrom start to finish, about 1 month.
