Many emails cc'd firm in, Adjuster issues, waived conflict, unsure if deadlines were let to lapse,  no replacement counsel, injured my position, created severe burden and no attention to fiduciary duty.  In my opinion, seriously lacking Legal Moral and Ethical guidance.  Money over all.  Tampa Bay Times would be interested in this human interest story given the personal upheaval and difficulties across the spectrum. Following submission to Press will exercise all avenues.
