However, Lemon Law Experts made it as easy as it could be and I am rid of my lemon and in a new vehicle.\n\nEvery step included detailed instructions and consisted simply of collecting/sending documents, signing the agreement from the manufacturer, and surrendering the vehicle. They kept expectations reasonable - stating they would try their hardest but not promising a result. Even if the claim had not been accepted, I would have felt they did everything that could have been done.\n\nGreat company, friendly staff, easy processes.
