While normally I am prepared, calm, collected, and used to figuring out all the answers, I was anything but while I sat in my totaled car with my son in the passenger seat. With so many providers out there, I wouldn’t have known where to go or places who would really help us if I hadn’t been provided referrals.  All the providers we went to for treatment were wonderful and caring.\n\nI was regularly updated on our case and whenever I had questions they were answered in a timely manner.  I would receive an explanation before anything took place, and everyone in the office was always very patient with me.  The accident not only caused physical injuries but also a lot of emotional and mental hardships.
