I don’t feel they lived up to their motto. I honestly feel I got played. First, they received more money than I did in the settlement. That alone was disappointing. They didn’t fight for my loss wages and I had to pay to get my windshield replaced out of pocket. The majority of the communication was via text, very impersonal. I never stepped into their office to talk to anyone until settlement day. It took 10 months for me to receive a settlement I could have negotiated myself.
