The installer had used a side tap but didn’t fully coordinate the setup, which led to production losses and an incomplete view of system performance in the Tesla app.\n\nFrom the beginning, Nick was professional, kind, and highly attentive. He patiently answered all of my questions and helped me navigate each step of the dispute. Though the resolution process involved some back-and-forth and required me to dig in and help coordinate with an independent electrician, Nick remained a steady presence. He ensured the process didn’t stall, kept communication open, and acted as a strong advocate when things needed to move forward.\n\nIn the end, we were able to secure reimbursement for all lost production and the out-of-pocket costs for the electrician and wiring correction—over $2500 total.
