I was having problems with my neck and back after the collision and it never really went away. When I called Roman Austin they took care of everything for me and helped me get the medical care that I needed for my injuries. The paralegal Stephanie and the Attorney, Miles Hickman were available to help me whenever I needed it. Unfortunately, the insurance company for the other driver never played fair from the start. They tried to lowball me the entire time and tried to make it seem as though my injuries were not real. Attorney Hickman told me that they would not settle the case for less than what it was worth, and they were willing to take the case all the way to trial if they needed to. Luckily, it did not come to that as Mr. Hickman continued to fight for me. I was able to recover every penny of the insurance that was available. If you’re involved in a car accident need legal representation. Do not call those attorneys that you see on TV commercials as I understand that you never even speak with an attorney.
