We heard and read allot of great things.\nBut We went through 2 different paralegals and had to resubmit documents twice due to the first one losing them or not submitting them.  When we had questions we felt as though both paralegals new and old felt annoyed and bothered and roger as well, and during the meeting of the creditors we felt like roger did not have our interests in mind. He sat back and was joking about our disposable income and how much we had. Me and my wife were trying to figure out what he was talking about because we wouldn't have been needing to file if we had all this left over money after all our bills. When we tried to ask the new paralegal about it we got shut down and felt like she couldn't be bothered.
