She tends to be one sided.  Some mediator am I right? First she says she will charge a certain amount and there’s emails her setting a price and then later ends up charging more.  Also, her line of questioning is absurd.  It’s  one sided with her.  If she wants the full details please bring the other parties that are mentioned coming out of your mouth.  Because I know for a fact you will not drag me or my sister when the mediation had nothing to do with us to begin with.  She was told to not give “evidence” from the other party but when she was called out for doing that she eventually turned in the evidence. Was picking sides between 2 people when she’s supposed to be a mediator. Said that she was going to charge 300 total (150 each) but ended up charging $1000 (500 each) all for what? She didn’t even do her job... all she had to do was make an agreement between 2 people but was being hostile and attacking one person and supporting the other. Oh! Not to mention that she was going to refuse one person photocopies of “evidence” the other person brought even thought she told them she would 100% give it to them but since the other person told her “no don’t give it to her.” She obeyed them. She eventually ended up giving photocopied of everything when she got called out. Conflict of interest? I think so. Don’t go here.
