Customer Service admittedly said that they see where we have called and cancelled several times  !!! However, they say that they can issue one refund due to their policy. Despite the fact that we tried to cancel 6 months ago and several since. We cancelled again today, so we will see again if they actually do it. Till then I guess we are just out $359.82...
