I honestly could not have asked for a better experience. Going through a lawsuit is never fun, but when you have a great team working with you it makes a huge difference. Kevin and Jessica are an amazing team. I genuinely felt like they had my best interest at heart. I was never left in the dark about anything, they kept me informed throughout the entire process. Kevin was very knowledgeable, patient,  thorough, and kind. He always took the time to talk to me when I had questions and never made me feel rushed or like a bother. He always explained things until I fully understood what was going on at any given time. Jessica was so sweet and responsive. It didn't matter what time of day it was or how busy she was, if I needed to reach out she always responded right away, and if she didn't already know the answer to what I needed she immediately found out. She was a real joy to work with. They were truly incredible. The sweet lady that works the front desk (I can't remember her name) was also always nice and accommodating. It speaks volumes when you truly feel like you can trust the people in your corner and you know they are doing everything they can to help you.
