Has no kind of heart for people who do not speak the English language. Cases that should be easy going and should not last long at all, have been an on going case of constant back and forth about the same thing for a year (again, should not last that long for this particular situation ). Not only expensive because it’s per hour, but again, the way that they handle things to keep it going for longer than it should, all for money.
