In addition, I noted these people started paving the way to boot me out (from the company I worked almost 5 years) by making false safety excuses to justify my termination. Finally, their insurance company looked on the other side by slipping furtively away (sort of washing hands) from my W/C case.                               By then, I realized it was time to seek legal advise, forcing me to search for a seasoned W/C Attorney and, thanks to God, I hired a very good experienced and straightforward lawyer Mr Robert E. Wisniewski, P.C. with knowledgeable skills regarding Workers’Compensation and Injury on the Job Laws.                              For my part, have chosen his Law Offices to represent my W/C case was one of the best decisions I ever made.         Also, his legal team are well prepared on taking care of clients needs. He charges the maximum rate and does the bear minimum.  Wouldn't even order a rebuttal exam when we asked him to. If you need a insurance moderator this is your guy, he agrees with and does everything the insurance company wants. Played us for 3 years while we lost our home and everything else, we fired him and hired a much more competent attorney who settled our case 3 months later for a fair settlement.
