It took 3.5 months to get a court date, and an eternity to get them to reply to email or returned phone call. I was being harassed by me ex husband and we have a child together. I requested my decree/child support order to be modified. Out of the 5 things I paid MR. Valdez for I got two. My EX-husband showed up to court LATE AND WITH NO ATTORNEY and this was the outcome. I also explained to Mr. Valdez that my ex and I didn’t get along and my preference was NOT to see him. What does he do? Leaves me in a room ALONE with him for 1 hour.\n\nTHIS OFFICE DOESN’T CARE. I EMAILED THEM 3 TIMES SINCE TO EXPRESS MY FRUSTRATIOIN AND NO RESPONSE. IT HAS BEEN ALMOST A MONTH AND I HAVENT RECEIVED A REVISED DECREE, A PHONE CALL, AN EMAIL. ABSOLUETLY NOTHING.
