In her previous firm she created a scheme that 16 times allowed a trustee to be designated as the sole beneficiary, over two others also designated, which then allowed the sole trustee/beneficiary to withdraw large amounts of funds for personal use. This was later confirmed independently as a violation of the intent of the original trust agreement and wishes of the makers. Watch out for Debra Verdi.
