That’s honestly what this process felt like.\n\nWhat was supposed to be a straightforward case turned into a stressful and exhausting 15-month experience. The other driver was cited and found at fault, and I followed every instruction given throughout treatment and the legal process.\n\nIn the end, I was disappointed with both the communication and the outcome. I often had difficulty getting updates or callbacks, timelines constantly changed, and after everything was finalized, I ended up receiving around 20% of a $30,000 settlement.\n\nI was originally told this was considered a “VIP” case because of a personal referral, so naturally my expectations were higher.
