We had never been in a bad accident before, much less hired an attorney before, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. We spoke with David on the phone, and we were very reassured by David’s calm and reassuring demeanor and instantly had the impression that we were in good hands. He has the heart of a teacher, and explained everything at a pace that we could understand. The team is very responsive to phone calls and emails and we were kept in the loop constantly with all major developments with our settlement.\n\nDavid was extremely proactive, and did a lot of calling on our behalf to everyone ranging from the tow truck company, various doctors, insurance companies, you name it.
