Unfortunately, the young lady who answered the call stated she wasn't sure that the attorney would want to speak with me since my father's POA was created by an attorney out of state years ago. I explained that my father is a current resident of Florida, as am I, and I was looking to consult with an attorney to ensure my father's assets were protected and to see what, if anything, I would need to do as his POA. I've never dealt with anything like this and need guidance. She stated that she'd need to talk with the attorney to see if he'd even want to meet with me. As a single mother that struggles financially she didn’t give patience when trying to come up with more money to pay her instead and just decided to drop me as a client. Not happy about my outcome and do not recommend a lawyer like that. All they want is your money ! Still had money in my pot for remaining and pretty much pocket it and demanded me to drop her as an attorney. Waste of money for this firm.
