My benefits had been terminated by OWCP, as they relied solely on the 2nd opinion physicians report in making their determination.  Lonnie found numerous errors regarding my case which did not properly follow OWCP guidelines, and outlined them thoroughly in an ECAP appeal...  I received a call from Marie yesterday notifying me that OWCP's termination decision had been reversed!  It was interesting to find that in the ECAP decision, they only eluded to one fact; that there was a conflict between my treating physician and the SECOP, and that a referee exam should have taken place.  I guess when a finding is so obvious, there's no reason to address the other errors that Lonnie outlined in my ECAP.
