Had an issue with an auto claim that went south really quick with insurance company sending our vehicle to a hole in the wall repair shop that ended up causing more damage and did a majorly rigged repair. Nikita contacted the insurance company and within days had the vehicle sent to Ford to be worked on by ford certified mechanics and completely pay for the correct repairs and repairing damage from other shop.
