Although they ultimately reached a settlement, it has now been about four months since the case concluded, and I have yet to receive my settlement check.\n\nWhile I appreciate that the case was resolved, my overall experience was disappointing. The blame is constantly diverted onto the insurance companies for the delays but I truly believe additional attention to my case would have midigated that and shorted the wait times for everything. In hindsight, I believe a different law firm would have been a better fit.
