First I was already on probation for a prior making my current situation difficult.  The set of circumstances surrounding my case was strange. Against my OWN better judgment, I hired this money guzzling office…HUGE MISTAKE.\n\nFirst of all, the option for this second DUI was for me to do jail time (less than a month and if I WERE YOU- whoever you are, I’d just take the jail time and come out $6,000 richer because more than likely, that’s what’s going to happen to you anyway after fighting for over a year) they took their time with certain documentation that could have been prepared and submitted WELL before the date that they submitted it (i.e. mitigation packet that they held on to for over a year before submitting it to state),  over $4,000 and $375 every court date afterwards ONLY for one of their lawyers to go before the judge and to tell him that they’re “still waiting” for something that they already had in their office! Encouraging you to “hurry up and get this and that done” is ALL that they are good for! Trust me, they’re out to get PAID (and miss one payment, they’ll leave you high and dry in court) no COMMUNICATION via email prior to the court dates letting you know what they’re waiting for, just “give us more money.” I warn you to RUN as fast as possible before you consider hiring their firm.
