What looked like a professional historic property turned out to be an unsafe and neglected building. The air conditioning system does not function, multiple walls show active water intrusion, and several balconies are deteriorating to the point of visible structural failure — as seen in the attached photos.\n\nRepeated emails requesting repair were ignored or met with excuses. The building remains largely empty, except for a few long-term associates, which makes sense given its state. After months of unaddressed issues, my company moved out. Mr. Rahdert then refused to return our security deposit or acknowledge the situation.\n\nThis is not how a licensed attorney and property owner should conduct business.
