He didn't notify me about his correspondence with the other party, which was my biggest complaint. I was never informed of what was happening with the case, which was so frustrating. In addition, his staff is so confused and our point of contact changed many times during my year and a half with him. Even his own staff stopped working with him after a while. Mateen, one of his staff, is very confused and does not work on the case effectively. In spite of his bragging about his abilities, Peyman Rad does not even work as much as a medium-level attorney due to his high rates. To get anything done by him, you should email him more than three times.
